Very unprofessional company. I cancel my booking a few days before our stay due to the city canceling our group children sporting event due to severe weather. I was told I would receive a date change or some sort of refund ($850). We are going on 3 weeks now and I've called every week and the only response I get is we can't get ahold of the property owner each time. If a property owner is that unprofessional and that unresponsive they need to have their property removed from the listing.

Terrible experience with VRBO. They promise free cancellation but ignore multiple requests to get a refund as per the booking terms. No accountability or responsibility taken by VRBO. They ignore requests for help. I would give zero stars if possible - stay away from this company! I still don't have my money back a month after requesting the "free cancellation".

The website and app are as awful as each other. Employ more staff! Your only job is to provide a search engine and you can't get it right. Don't tell me there's no properties in a country because I've asked for a private pool and a dishwasher. Do better! You have one job!

This app, has gone downhill. Use to be able to save places ,now you need a 6 digit code and then it leads you to a place that won't let you move forward. Seriously!!!!
