Since the name change 100s of people, mainly Android users, cannot do any [phone]D or if they do its one after several attempts. They have lowsy customer service just keep telling me it's escalated but no resolution. I'm told they'll call me by EOD yet no one does. I've done everything they ask and still not fixing the issue. It's been since March hire more qualified IT personnel to help resolve the issue.

Before the update the app was perfectly fine. After the update it won't chromecast to my tv all you hear is the sound but it'll just stay frozen with fandango at home... I have to resort to use movies anywhere to chromecast to my tv.

Worst customer service!! They do not care about customers accounts, or time. Email or over the phone, I dealt with them over a month. They straight lie through their teeth. Dishonest and sneaky.

Not to sound a certain way but I'm a bit lazy when checking for movie deals. So when something is on sale why does it not give the price anymore. It just says it's on sale, and if you want to know the actual price you have to click or touch the movie. I'm actually more inclined to buy the movie if I browse through and see the price without having to tap or click on the movie. Because of this, I actually find myself browsing for movies more on "Movies Anywhere" instead of Fandango at home.

Absolutely trash app and company.Failed to even play movies after purchase,and the customer service is absolute garbage.Save your time and money and just get a streaming service for actual programming.It'd still be cheaper than giving these scammers anything.

Since It changed to Fandago At Home disc to digital stopped working. Movies won't go to cart or tells me ineligible even when its listed on the site as one that can be downloaded. Tried chatting get told to email. Got an email back asking for information, sent information and never heard back.
