This item was in the store and I couldn't purchase it for the online price while I was in the store . What a waste of gas for the delivery and the customer 😒

Maybe Walmart should not hold your funds until they check if their inventory is correct on the product that the system let's you order. Now I'm out my money until you refund me. Plus y'all waited till last minute to check so I waited plenty just to get a refund and now my money tied up and I can't buy it anymore. Huge inconvenience. Check your inventory and update it please. This was for a curbside order

Well I enjoy ordering from the app but for some reason I keep getting delayed order deliveries or once they even delivered to the wrong address and I was just refunded instead of getting my package.

I am disabled and I scheduled my pick up for 9-10pm and I arrived within this window at 9:50 and entered I arrived on the app and recieved they will be out shortly, but they did not bring out my groceries. I waited over 20 minutes before calling customer service, and they could not reach the store. Their solution was to wait 5-10more minutes, go in the store and pick up my groceries myself, or flag down an employee in the parking lot. It has been 3 days and I still have not recieved a refund.

I really like all the perks and time saved shopping online at Walmart! The shoppers do need a little bit more training on the produce selecting and they use way too many bags!

I am giving this app only 3/5 bc I am forced to uninstall and reinstall the app at least once every 10 days. It gets really annoying. Other than that, I like the app. I love being able to shop whenever and wherever I am. And I can go back and look at previous purchases in the event that I want to reorder something but can't remember exactly what it was.

I tried putting more of a tip for the driver as a custom tip and it would never change it. I wanted 15 mins of my time trying to do so. 😢
