The app crashes constantly and there are way too many drivers in most areas so you just end up sitting around for hours at a time not making any money. Plus if you try to shop in the order it gives you the items you'll just get angry because it walks you up, down, back, and forth past things you could have grabbed making you look like an idiot doing circles in the store.

This app is spiraling downward, these are problems that need to be fixed, you have no way of knowing if you're online or when you are not I have sat with spark now on for hours on end only to find out it wasn't showing me online, sometimes I'll have orders come through that never showed up on my end I have tried all the troubleshooting steps have talked to support which is another topic but it's still an ongoing problem. Each new update brings new bugs highly unsatisfied

Walmart has basically lifted all caps on drivers so there are way more drivers than orders and they decide to add more drivers when they know order volume decreases during the summer. Plus drivers are using shared accounts and walmart is very slow to react to shared and bot accounts. Honest workers get pushed out of the app as a consecuence.

1.-If an order is rejected, it should not appear again. 2.-If you take an order, you don't have to change the order when you arrive. 3.-They should stop something for a cancelled order since one looks for it and returns it in time and gas.

They need to get better at calculating driving time as it's always more than what the offers show.
