Glitches and horrible technical service
I provided proof of where I was on a seasonal rider's branch. I told them that I had enough sigils to get me there by opening chests and claiming chests as rewards. I send them a photo and they did nothing. They don't care. Overall it's now a boring game. It's the same thing over and over again. They got greedy and no longer care for the players. I don't recommend this game.

I play since 5 year, but now the game not start. Error:"We are releasing a new version, please check back later" But there is no new version available.....

Developers support bullies/can’t take criticism
I redownloaded this game after getting a new phone and not playing this in a year. And I come back to a bunch of bullies and rude people in the chats and guilds. If you're new at this game then expect people to harass you in every meaning of the word and the saddest part is the developers don't care because the people acting like this are paying money towards their game. So it doesn't matter to them if people are getting bullied on it. Not to mention level 200+ people constantly spam attack/bully the newer people. A simple fix to the matchmaking system would avoid this if the developers actually cared about their players instead of the money of the bullies ruining it. This game has become so toxic because it used to be fun and one of my favorites. Edit: the developers also seem to be deleting negative reviews even ones giving proper criticism towards issues that need to be addressed. So that alone should tell you what you need to know about this game and it's developers. Don't support this company they support bullying.

Worst customer service
Quite possibly the worst customer service of any game ever played. They have reached the point of closing tickets without responding to issues. No wonder players are leaving in droves. The game is a shell of what it was, both in terms of the number of active players and the support by Pocket Gems. They should just go ahead and shelve the game

Worst game ever
Worst game with support not caring about their player with procedure that no longer make sense. As time goes by, this game have gone downhill real fast like jumping down the cliff. They would require all and i say ALL your receipts of your in game app purchases before they change your details or email. Good luck with that. Well done PG, your messes exceed my expectation.
