Parking NO SHUTTLE!!!!! NO SAVINGS!!!
Other parking establishments in the area all offer shuttle service. Never assume. Not mentioned in the discount add for parking which was similarly priced to others, this just a little closer to the airport and figured would save time. So if you add the cost of Uber or Lyft it is much more costly. Not convenient at all and pretty much a scam. Up front they give you the confirmation number, have you sign up for this APP all good right? Screen shot were good! Nope they send you an email with all the other goodies like no shuttle, must cancel before 24 hrs of reservation. This is to Scam you. I did get the email went to spam had to look for it when they said they couldn't cancel Never use this service!

Customer service is a disaster
I've been using Way for a long time and was extremely disappointed by their customer service recently. The airport shuttle broke down and was not able to pick us up from the airport. We had to pay over $20 for a Uber. Way refused to compensente anything at first. After rounds of negotiations and excuses, they offered to give us some account credit and asked us to withdraw our dispute with the credit card company first. We were too tired to argue with them and did not want to use their product ever again. In the end, we successfully disputed the bill with the credit card company. As a third-party platform, Way does not value its customer. The shuttles run by hotels are always late. I have switched to an off-airport parking company, and that was great.

Terrible customer service. Bought monthly pass and code didn't work. They would not give me a refund. Contacted the owner of the carwash and he said Way wasn't even authorized to sell passes for them

Halle of time not working Every wee
Every week, almost half of the the when screen the QR code, show ( something wrong), this issue happened at the shell gas station, address is: [address] south San Francisco. Made a complaint by the customer service, never got fixed , basically paid for monthly subscription, just able use use half the time, NOT any time you need.

Don't use this app for airport parking
Way took my money and did not have the parking they sold me. Then they refused to give me a refund. I realize they have a lot of good reviews so maybe my experience wasn't normal. All I know is that I will never use Way again. For anything.

very unreliable beware booking parking with them
I had used Way to book off airport parking in Orlando International Airport, when I got to the parking spot, April 12/ 24 five AM in the morningThree hours before my flight to Colombia, The hotel receptionist where the parking was supposed to be told me that they don't have a parking agreement with Way, it's an error that has been going on for while even that they contact way, And there were more people in the same situation struggling before their flight, there were no other parking available so I had to pay $14 a day for airport parking, instead of $3 a day that I had booked upfront that I usually pay I end up with $375 parking Thank you way
