customer service is absolutely horrible, the wayfair card they send you can't be used to purchase because it's technically not a credit card and after going through reviews and reddit I see I'm not the only one having this issue. it's disgusting for such a large company idk who's the one to blame here citi or wayfair but this needs to be fixed.

Terrible service - did not deliver the item I paid for, or inform me about not delivering it, and then had an agent lie to me in chat (Shadae H). Never again!

TV cabinet Farlin 58 inch
Disappointed at the $50 price increase in last few days. I much preferred its $232 price point ! Please bill me for that amount…anyway it looks nice, hoping it will accommodate my new 65 inch Sony TV !! Nick, Steveston BC

Good search filters. Poor memory management. Across 2 PC's, 2 phones & 1 tablet at 3locations, after the 2-3 pages the app and/or web page grind to a halt. The app also won't recognize there's a browser on your phone. It has good shipping updates until you need to tap/click on a tracking to get more detailed delivery info. Then says "Oops. We can't detect a browser on your phone." Then you can't copy/paste the tracking manually since [highlight > copy text] seems to be disabled in the app.

The app doesn't work. I downloaded it today and it tells me either there's been an error or the wifi is not connected. I don't know why because there isn't anything wrong with my connection. Total waste of time.
