App needs work
You can't fully customize food and that's why Whataburger is good. Eggs should be able to be removed if you don't want them. I shouldn't be forced to get 2 pieces of cheese on a double burger either. You can't go through the drive-through if you order through the app which is completely ridiculous. Your food is never ready when you get there. That's fine if they want to make it fresh but what is the point of ordering ahead?

Free reward for creating account is a scam
App said I'd get a free whataburger when I created an account, so I created one and then didn't get anything. Many people online have reported the same thing. I will not be going to Whataburger at all now on principle. Don't scam people.

No debit or credit cards allowed. You have to carry a balance on their app or use their online gift card as payment. As it is, they are stealing your money and collecting interest off it as it sits in your account waiting to be used. It's a no go for me.

Worst experience.
I redownload this app after not having WB for a long period of time, and every time I add a payment type, it just immediately declined. I added 5 different cards varying from gift cards, to debit, and credit. Not using the app again

Apparently it will randomly change the pickup location from your order and not notify you Now the other doesn't have it and I can't get a rufund over the phone

Why don't they fix the scrolling problem in the rewards section? It is impossible to scroll vertically without the stupid thing scrolling horizontally to the offers and my rewards, then to add insult to injury it resets you to the very top of the rewards page. Got to be an easy fix, but it's been this way for over a year. Extremely frustrating.
