Not able to bid or comment on a live stream

I really like the app and what it has to offer but I'm not able to make any bids or comment on the streams for some reason? I've tried to offloading the app, deleting it, and logging out but nothing works. I would really appreciate it if someone could please help me out!

Downloaded the app, asked for Google login which is fine. Asked for my phone number. I clicked skip. But it doesn't skip...then I uninstalled it. All in less than 10 seconds. 😔
