The worst customer support
No help was given the worst customer support i've seen till now i ordered the watch from a couple of days and it still didnt arrive even though it said 1-2 days ive waited for longer with no reply or a update 0/10 customer support if you want a whoop order it through anywhere other then whoop itself Thank you

Many imperfect but interesting features
Whoop is great, for about the first 3-4 months. It allowed me to track my habits that have affected my recovery, and helped me make a few lifestyle changes but. 1) once you figured out the 1 or 2 things that affect recovery whoop fails to deliver on reliable insights or even new insights 2) it's sold as performance optimisation but you can't set your heart rate zones, it also won't adjust to your zones naturally so therefore all recovery and strain calculations are off 3) with strain and recovery as imperfect measure it completely loses all value. I'd rather buy an Apple Watch for RHR, Sleep and HRV than subscribe to whoop for £200+ a year 4) the insights they try to sell you on can't really be customised and don't really make for a compelling feature just yet 5) the strength trainer doesn't work without data so gyms in hotels when in a basement are a huge issue. Even weak [name] won't be enough for it to work well. Then there are simple features like stopping,starting,pausing and editing workouts on the fly are not there or don't work well 6) whoop can't replace a smart watch as it can't track exercise at all, it's probably less accurate than [name] and it's way too unreliable. Overall whoop should stick to one of many features and improve it rather than try to do too much. Not worth the money yet.

Couldn't pair the Whoop 4.0, trouble shooted, customer support is slow. I do not recommend. Maybe bad luck but had the same pairing issues with the one of my wife on a different device (iOS).

Faulty battery packs
I found the principle very appealing and signed up for a year. The device was delivered with a faulty battery pack. It took over a month to receive a new battery pack. After almost two months, charging did not work again. Conclusion: good idea, but the product is faulty - if it happens twice in a row, that does not speak well for the technology

The App on my phone cannot connect to the gadget, this seems to be a known error for some devices and should be better communicated by Whoop, if they cannot fix it. I connected it with my [name] instead and noticed several bugs/issues: multiple times the log could not be saved after I put all the info in. Also, the wristband seems to not be able to send info via BLE if the phone/tablet has no internet connection. I had expected more, given the expensive subscription...
