Immediately getting hit with a payment program upon choosing which language I want to learn. You don't have to pay, it can be free, but it's a bad look for the app. Like 'tell us what you wanna learn, ou that's nice, here you can pay us 1399 a year to have premium access' no. Also Arabic writing here is kinda weird. It will teach you words from right to left (the correct way) BUT it wants you to write it from left to right... which is mirrored. It doesn't even tell you that it's mirrored.

Update: this is not Mexican Spanish. And I dislike being told to say something without knowing what it is. Also, it's not that I'm cold but it's the verb to be cold. So I'm learning the wrong thing. Now I'm having trouble cancelling

Terrible, he uses the examples without their translation. Assuming the hypothetical practitioner knows them. I don't recommend it

A bit upset
I was expecting more activities per lesson. Just very few exercises and time is over. I haven't had any speech or pronunciation exercises.

It's the worst.
Please give me a refund as soon as possible. No, I was told to cancel the subscription if I didn't want to, because I would be charged on 4/30, but when I went in the day before and checked, it said Not subscribe, so I was relieved, but the money was withdrawn? I'm in the process of getting a refund by email, but the response is slow. That's the worst. Please refund me as soon as possible.

Don’t use this app
I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. They charge you even if you don't use it, they don't respond to requests, they ignore you, promising to answer as soon as possible, and then there's silence. Terrible service. I've read bad reviews here and found similar comments on Instagram. It's just awful that they're not doing anything about it.

I've tried it is good, as long as you pay a hefty subscription and I'm a language teacher who requires recommending apps that are affordable in price and Promova could be a good alternative to the competition, but the cost is high for my students. I don't recommend it if you want price-result learning.
