I recently got a new phone and the app doesn't work with my new phone. All I wanted to do is keep track of when my internet payment is due. The internet is working great. FIX THE APP. Actually no stars for this. I had to put 1 so I can post my review

App won't load. Says web page cannot be loaded as if there's no internet connection but there is.

The worst experience I've ever had in my life, has been this internet service, for a year paying for a service that doesn't work, it disconnects only every 5 minutes and leaves you in the air, not even the slightest download speed, and when you call the company they just say, restart the equipment that means you're out of luck a poor quality internet will come back to you for another 5 minutes. And if you schedule a site with an agent, you're going to see that no one comes to the site. Just like that
