This continues to be the worst streaming service available. Plqagued with constant errors. They claim you can download to mobile device while traveling but it NEVER works. I tried 8 different programs from 3 different wifi networks and all were denied. Netflix, Prime, Max, Disney+ all worked fine but this garbage app couldn't stream or download a single thing. Simply awful and completely unacceptable given the obscene prices Xfinity charges.

Frozen screen
A lot of times when I play a recorded show, the visual screen will freeze, but the audio will continue to play. Nothing fixes it. It's frustrating because you miss the episode.

I love this app when it works. I download my recordings so I don't use cellular data later. Something with these last updates though logs me out daily and deletes my downloads. Which then forces me to use up my limited cell data. I have deleted, reinstalled, used different Internet browser, you name it. There's no sense for me to try to contact customer support, because this issue probably isn't on their prompt. I need the app developer/engineering to look into this. Only the Stream app.

Airplay more like Airpause
Does it keep you in touch with your DVR recordings to watch your shows away from home? Yes. But 8 times out of 10 it will error out when trying to broadcast through Airplay to a 2nd screen. Hope you like watching on your bitty phone or tablet screen.

A technician came out about a month ago and it worked fine about a month now it is dropping me all the time. My neighbor is having the same problem.

Xfinity WiFi
Can't get rid of it even though I've discontinued Xfinity streaming it's interfering with my private Wi-Fi! I had nothing but trouble with this company as far as payments and getting things resolved with refunds that never happened. Stay away from it if you possibly can.

one of thee worst streaming apps
this app no matter the updates wifi or connection- in the middle of a show to pause and restart or to freeze and NEVER be able to watch that recording on the app again- not the next day or month later once it freezes it stays frozen… xfinity overcharging for mediocre services and now the app that is genuinely terrible.

Bad app
Freezes, crashes, and deletes your user data randomly, so you must log in at least three to seven times a month. Logging requires online authentication via additional devices aside from the device you're viewing on. If you don't have your phone or tablet handy, you ain't watching… well you get the picture; unless you're on this app, you'll get an error messages.
