They will break the CA Privacy Act and set up a system that doesn't work if you try to request a copy of your data that they collect and stored which is illegal more than 12 times I submitted a request then they said I wasnt the account holder and need to verify my identity which I did over 12 times and every time it said it was verified I would go to the privacy request center and it say I have no active requests despite already verifying my identity over 12 times

the info provided in app about my daughters time spent online is NEVER ACCURATE! I logged her computer on to our Home wifi today, visually watched her use it for 2 hours, yet in the app, it tells me she hasn't spent any time online today, or any day this week. This is what it says daily, and i know its incorrect. How am i supposed to monitor my childs online activity with xfinity (as is advertised by xfinity as being able to do) if the information you're providing me as a parent FALSE.

New update STILL doesn't allow automatic pausing of devices between certain hours, which has been a standard parental control feature for other companies for years. The only choices are 30 min, 1 or 2 hours, or until I unpause. I am forced to remember to pause my kids' devices every night instead of it happening automatically. Super useless app.
