The Spp crashes in the middle of it, if it doesn't crash, then it "speaks wrong". During the exercises, you can't constantly stare at your mobile phone and instead try to "listen" to the instructions. It often happens "that you should lie on your stomach", while it seems inexplicable to you how you should do the desired exercise lying on your stomach, as a normal person. You then look at the video and the avatar lies on your back.

Better instructional alignment with timing
I am really enjoying the app, having loaded it about a week ago. My only point of contention is that, with some of the exercises, the demonstrator is already through with the reps before the instruction is completed, not allowing for the user to have appropriate time to complete the exercises, and tapping to pause seems inconvenient and can even further delay completion. I'm sure I am not alone in these thoughts, and realigning the audio track may be easier than fully redoing them to allow even beginners to get a better sense of accomplishment when done.

Decent, but no warning of next payments
The offer for a month was attractive and value for money for me as a beginner. However, it was only a couple of weeks when I was hit with the next month's subscription when it left my bank! And full price, nearly £40!! 🤬🤬 No text, no notification, no warning!! It's not that complex to give notification of the next month's debit - most reputable apps do this. They did not make it explicit enough - be careful and watch the calendar!!!

The synthetic voice is really unpleasant and very synthetic. There is not always a transition between postures so you can find yourself on your back and then on your knees without having been guided by the voice. So you always have to keep an eye on the screen. There are some potures that I had never seen. It's nice. The themes of the series are nice and having your session ready every day helps with regularity.

It's not what they advertise, nor what I asked for. In addition, they charged much more than calculated. I read in the reviews that they still charge every month, which they don't clarify when I paid for 1 month. So I quit the program. I'll tell you again if at least that's what they do.

I am very angry, there is no way to cancel the subscription, I send them an email to cancel and they answer me in English, I am a 70 year old person and there is no way for them to answer me in Spanish, I do not know what they tell me, I want to cancel it once and for once or I will return the fees, they told me a month and I have been 3 months, I am up to my nose to say nothing worse.

I paid for this Yoga-Go app with a specially tailored plan for myself for one month, but I can't find it anywhere on my phone or my laptop. Why did you take my money but deny me access to the app? I am very unhappy about this situation and expect you to resolve it for me without further expense to myself.
