Repetition
I have a subscription paid and for some reason they still playing the same videos I already watch all over again even though I reviewed then and add coments about I already watched it or don't recommend this channel again. It's kind of annoying so I hope they can do better later on . If not I'll just cancel my subscription I know they won't go broke but they ask for my opinion about the service and I just did .

Service is Horrible, Base plan quit working on one of my 2 TV's and the non-working TV just sits there "spinning". It does not even let me enter the verification number. on my phone, computer etc. Can't find any phone support and none of the many help screens help at all. All I seem to be able to do is cancel my membership which I don't want to do. I just want the TV to start working again. Rebooting TV and ROKU access doesn't do anything, Both TV's are on the router. Works on cell phone.

From time to time the audio goes out of sync with the picture when streaming to TV no matter what device I use (smart TV app, Roku, Xbox). You have to change channels then go back to rebuffer, then the problem corrects itself for a short time. SUPER ANNOYING!!!!

Won't play video at all... Tried restarting my phone, checking for updates etc. App works only as a guide and thumbnails to what is playing, which makes no sense if it can preview the channel... It should play

The app works but what it shows for movies we wanted to see, were colr 80s movies. Brewster's mill, back to school, when we went into to watch them they were showing some blk n white movies. It was more than these 2. I don't remember the names. We just checking maybe 2 messed up. It happens . No they were all blk n wht We wanted to subscribe to the TV and get rid of ATnT. YouTube would have been half the price. Maybe it was free trial?? Don't know but not keeping it.

We are in the middle of a Pandemic with MILLIONS unemployed and you raise YouTube TV by $15 a month because you added a few lame channels? GREED. Go to Hell, I will be cancelling. (FYI: Update 05.09.24. I did cancel months and months ago).
