The app would be great if it actually worked. Never let's me checkout. No matter what card I use. Also won't complete the checkout with google pay. It's been like this for at least a month it seems.

Can never scan in the store, app just crashes all the time. Ordered multiple times on the app (when it works) and do not get reward points. Need to get a new designer.

I have tried for 3 days to sign up on the app, it keeps not working.. that is rediculas. I give up but it would have been nice. Guess I'll find a restaurant who's app works to eat at. 🤷♀️

Can't log in because of a nonexistent VPN. Haven't been back in restaurant since this started.

I bought a meal through the app and was never awarded the points. I reported it through the app and no one has gotten back to me. What are the points of "loyalty points" if you aren't rewarded for buying from them. Don't waste your time (and possibly your money).

Can’t Sign Up
I've tried to sign up to receive award points but unfortunately I've just been getting “Problem with Info” and so I decided to login in instead to see if that works but every time I send a email notification to reset my password, I get no email, please fix this issue as I am a huge Zackbys lover. Thanks!

I've been trying to update for 2 weeks. It keeps streaming and will not update. I keep up with my points, and this hinders me. I literally eat at Zaxby's 3 to 4 times a week.
