Been using it for long time but never realised they really had very bad support team. If any issue happens you can't do anything except just waiting and praying. Recently I made a transaction and it's been more than 24 hours and still in progress status, I contacted their support team and it was really a very bad experience with them. It's really a pathetic service, they don't have any information and don't communicate properly. They don't know how to address the concerns properly, really upset

This used to be the best money transfer app. For past 2 weeks completely buggy. Some times it opens with history in tact and can send. Most of the time now I must log in. But then I get msg there are technical problems. Have reinstalled 5 times. Support sucks. Cannot speak to rep without case number. Can't get case number unless you have executed a transaction. Only support available seems to be on FB. Not sure what changes were made in past 2-3 weeks but it is terrible.
