I have had such a difficult time with this app for the past few months. I'm not even allowed to delete my account. Had high hopes for you zillow, wish you were at least kinda good. I even emailed customer service and they haven't even answered. It's been months!! Shame on you Zillow..... 😕

Going the wrong direction
The Zillow app and program is heading in the wrong direction. Needs some help and good competition. Don't respond to questions. Overwhelmed with employees about a listing.

Home address
I've tried multiple times to list my multi family property only for Zillow to state it doesn't exist that there is no such address. Can someone please advise how to list my property that does in fact exist????

They have houses listed as off market that are still available. Not a good way to find a place to live.

Property Info blocks half of screen
Annoying that I can't swipe away the property info at the bottom of the listing, and that that window takes up a large portion of the screen when trying to view the property photo in gallery overview form (not the slide show)

Allows to much false advertising
So far my experience with Zillow started OK however they allow companies and private landlords to get on here and false advertise with lower pricing, but when you call the housing prices are $200-$300 more than the display price. from the site I have also experienced setting appointments and them being canceled and the excuse I was given was that the home was not ready for a tour, but it displays for you to contact for a tour. To much of wasting my time.
