Every Dr I used in the app canceled their appointment. I have insurance, and this canceled the appointments thar they confirmed in the beginning. After the cancelation, they didn't rebook!

Really had issues getting appointment with docs they suggested all their times amd dates that showed availible kept saying full or something great app depends on region I think

everyone keeps canceling, for weeks now and I'll need to visit the emergency room. everything in the app works though I think. would be 5 stars if I could have ever gotten care rather than use a fancy search with empty promises

Fraudulent Review Mechanism
After using ZocDoc for about a year, I recently discovered how reviews are skewed. Negative reviews can not be posted under some circumstances, skewing the results to make providers look as if they have received a greater % of positive reviews than they deserve. All this was confirmed to me by their customer service team. They didn't seem to understand that if negative reviews are suppressed, the integrity of the review feature is compromised . If the reviews are important to you, be aware that they don't reflect all customer feedback. I've canceled my account and will not continue using this service.

App totally sucks, it gives me a list of doctors that are in my insurance group pick my doctor's and go through all the paperwork and signing and set my appointments. Only to get a call the day of the appointment that the doctor is not in my insurance group and I should find another. Five damn times!!! Don't waste your precious time people it's not worth the aggravation!!

Be Careful for the timing
I booked an GYN appointment on zocdoc with a new physician for 10 am and that's the time the confirmation email/zocdoc notifications continues to remind me at. However, when I arrived at the office I was told that the appointment is for some reason scheduled at 12pm instead of 10 and the doctor isn't even in office until 12! I am expecting a blood test so I am still fasting. This is a relatively empty office and I have been waiting for 2.5 hours due to Zocdoc messing up with the timing. I would say zocdoc is a good tool to look for doctors nearby that would take your insurance but I would still call the office to book appointment instead of booking directly on zocdoc. Be aware!
