I stopped using the App a long time ago!! In one race I ended up not seeing that the same was done on another card, on which there was no limit. In short, even with the limit on the card they don't debit the ride, I try to change the card to pay and I can't. Other than that, there is an amount stuck in 99pay that was a chargeback from the App, at the time I couldn't get it out because they were making it difficult to authorize my identification, but now I found out that my wallet is authorized with someone else's identification!

Drivers do whatever they want with the customer without any punishment, the old scam of not wanting the ride anymore and waiting for the other person to cancel, while the customer (who should be the focus of any company) loses time and commitments. The app has several negative points, but the one that is bothering you the most are the drivers! It's a driver who hasn't even arrived at the location and already says he's arrived, drivers who don't wait for the waiting time limit and still leave cursing (for waiting 2 minutes when the deadline is 5), rude drivers... It gets hard! I hope you review the drivers before hiring for the platform.

The WORST travel app, drivers cancel all the time and the App does not put punishment for this but the user himself has to pay if he cancels, in addition to the abuse in prices with the excuse of "high demand".
