Unfortunately very bad support
I've been using the app for over 2 years now and have been mostly satisfied so far. However, the wish list has not worked for me for over half a year now. They just couldn't or didn't want to help me here. Both of my support tickets have not been answered for weeks and months and by phone they again only refer to ticket support. I have already reinstalled the app several times and have already logged in and out of the app several times. Without a wishlist, this app has become virtually useless for me, which is a pity...

The application and offer are not bad, but it takes me a stupid long time to deliver the shipment, count on the shipment to wait 2 weeks at least, or the last day they committed to. Also shipments send routes HP package24, which is by far the worst courier service. Replenishment, again the delivery problem. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to use ABOUT YOU anymore until you change the courier service. It's not worth the frustration.

In general, the app is good, but the implementation is bad. Miserable customer service, VIP advantages are to attract but don't help, deliveries take too long and private labels are of inferior quality than at Kick

I have made many orders on this page, and some have arrived well, some have not arrived well from the orders, and I do not pay attention to them, thinking that the different companies have a little difference in the numbers. but with the last order I realized that this page is not to blame. this simply does not kill the mind for the consumer, but only for the taste it kills the mind. congratulations! you will have 1 less regular buyer in your ranks.
