Good easy-to-use app
Bookings and changes have been pretty easy since the last updates. It's a shame that the rules for flexible cancellation have been changed with cancellation the day before, which is very restrictive when you are on the move a lot with sometimes last-minute unforeseen events that generate double billing (the night cancelled and the new night booked).... When you spend more than 200 nights a year in the group's hotels, it's rather disappointing....
