Takes an unreasonable amount of time to log my hours.
I do not understand how one of the largest payment processors in the United States has an app that seems so glitchy. The app is better than it used to be… But for years now on a fully updated iPhone (currently iPhone 13) I have to repeatedly relaunch the app in order for it to let me in… Otherwise the moment I get to the time card it's asking for my face ID again, repeatedly and backs out to the beginning of the process. After nearly every entry, I have to “save” twice… Phone is fully updated, I have removed and reinstalled the app… I have consistent data or Internet access… frustrating process.

Glitching app
Unfortunately the app lately has been really glitchy. When entering time into the time card after you choose from the drop down menus that menu stays and blocks all other buttons preventing you from being able to save your time. I hope they get this fixed ASAP

Since update 17.5 app, the app does not work
Since the update to 17.5, the app no longer works. When you open the app to log in (password or Face ID), the OK fits, but nothing happens anymore / you are not redirected.

Clock in and out feature is repeatedly broken. You can press clock in, exit the app, and open it again and nothing will have changed even though it states that you did TRY. Just had to spend my break trying to clock in for the 5th time.

I set this app for multiple users and they always have to unistall and reinstall before it actually lets them sign in for the forst time! It needs updated badly!!

ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team. 

- All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app. 

- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account / iPay Statements, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).
