The process to check in is very tortuous, you have to try 5 [phone] times. It marks an error and you have to start again from 0. I've only managed to do that on 3 of my last 5 flights with Aeromexico.

Never load
It's no use having it, both the beginning, my travels and booking are perpetually burdened. If I want to visualize my journey, it's impossible.

Terrible application like everything that manages the consolidated of the same owner. It's been 3 times that I fill out the same information and I can't finish the process because the process is restarted for no reason.

Worst app ever
This has never been a functional app. However, this last update is the worst ever. Check in doesn't work at all, you go through all the process and then it says that “your boarding pass is in progress and will be available shortly” and then check in is not registered and the boarding pass never comes. I paid for seats and since I couldn't get my check in done, they were already taken. So I have to seat at the back of the plane after having paid for an AM Plus seat I didn't get. Also other things don't work. Bad, bad, bad.

Issue with latest update
All well and good with the app, but a problem with the latest update is that I put the trips I have pending, but when I close the app and open it again some time later, my trips are deleted, and I have to do the process every time I enter the app 🤧
