They now require facial recognition. Not good. They want to sell this to third parties which leads to a whole mess of identity theft issues when, not if, but when their servers are hacked. You'll never be safe when using biometrics if theyre stolen. There is no way to reset your face or fingerprints. I'll not use this app if this is the new method of verification.

won't let me use with Amazon, but Walmart is fine. kind of a bummer with the great savings and deals on Amazon. unsure why I can use it with one store and not the other.

I never used my loan, but now everyone washes their hands of not paying me back the money I paid. Amazon says that's with them and they say it's with the store and the store says it's with Amazon. I want answers and when I call no one speaks Spanish.

App sucks, I tried to add my debit card and it says "card declined" it does accept my bank though. But when I try to use affirm on Amazon, it says I can pay with either a debit card or bank but when I go to select a payment it's not giving me an option to use my bank. So I tried to add my debit card but it keeps saying "card declined" but I know it's not true cause I did a purchase that same moment to see if my card was actually declined, but it wasn't.

Yall need to change or update your app and Change your method of payment. Go into settings and hit payment management and yall will see what I'm saying. It says you can pay by bank account, debit card or credit card. But when you pick credit card they won't take it. And don't try and explain it to an associate cause they don't know what you're talking about.

Awful app and awful website, stuck in a infinite loop of creating a account because my phone number is tied to the account I'm trying to create. Support was useless and couldn't do anything or even remove me from the system.
