Don't get me wrong I do love this after pay and it is a life saver!!!!! BUT for Amazon after pay tried to make me pay more than what my actual order was. I know a lot of yall are going to be like well she doesn't know how to use it or my balance is too low. No…. It's not low and I do know how to use the app it's only Amazon that does that. Say I want to use after pay for an order that's $117 (which I currently am) after pay wants me to pay $132.66 …which doesn't make sense. Idk weird app when it comes down to certain purchases. Amazing for Temu, shien and other small apps.

worked great until it didn't... randomly froze my account after I finished my last two payments. 3 payments were early so I didn't get why my account is frozen. contacted and waiting on support.

Charged twice for items I only received once. Then someone called after I complained repeatedly and proceeded to repeat the same sentence over and over as if the repitition would make it make sense. It doesn't. Will not be using them again. Klarna has better customer service and they don't steal your money.

Normally I'd give it 5 stars but after today it sucks made 2 payments money took off my card but not showing as being paid on afterpay never had tht happen never should've updated app

Worst company to deal with! STAY AWAY

There may have been a glitch within your email that prevented it from being delivered. If you send an email to Afterpay we automatically send you a reply acknowledging your query and providing a timeframe for a response. As you have confirmed that you did not receive this email, it is very likely that it was not sucessfully sent. Aside from these circumstances, you account was overdue for two different payments 2 weeks apart, and returning an item or requesting an extension does not immediatley opt you out of your installment agreement. I apologize as I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. We consider your complaint resolved as we have addressed your concerns in accordance with our policies and procedures. If you have any other questions regarding any issue we have not yet addressed please let me know.
