REFUND MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED
Very bad service already booked a hotel and paid suddenly at Cancel unilaterally with full excuses. Until now, the money has not been returned. Booking in the States is a nightmare. After paying for the reservation, we tried contacting the host for weeks and finally got a response. Told us that they were no longer managing the property and to contact the new host. New host said the place we already paid for and reserved is no longer available. He told us he would get us another property but he never received payment from our previous host. Called Agoda to get a full refund and to get a hotel instead,pretty sure we almost got scammed

Unfortunately, it turns out that encouraging loyalty to Agoda only brings losses. Adding a discount coupon can increase the price of a specific offer. The same offer of a given hotel for a non-logged user can be up to 15% cheaper. Tested many times. Prices after taxes and fees were compared. I recommend checking prices through Google hotels without the app logged in. In addition, in the event of an erroneous payment due to too low a limit .. Agoda is raising the price. It's weak.
