THIS IS SCAM! Without payment you can do NOTHING! I've wasted time to create account but even with so-called "free account" every second there is annoying popup "buy subscription", so practically you can't do anything without payment.

Without a subscription you can't plan long tours, you only get small routes displayed, I'd rather stay with Komoot

Blatant subscription fraud
All trails offered a one year subscription for $25 and then charged me over $10 more. I know they're doing the same thing to many many other users. You can request a refund directly from Apple and I also suggested that they throw this company out of the App Store. Liars and fraudsters don't give them your business.

The new GPS doesn't accurately show where you are. It used to be almost like a car GPS where it followed you but now it shows you way off trail even in water at times and you constantly have to push "recenter" to get the GPS to kind of update your location. Also they removed a lot of trails. I'm assuming you have to have premium to get access to those.

Poor customer support and virtually no in ap or online help to figure out how things work. Could be a great ap, great sounding features if you can somehow figure out how to work them

Bad they have no helpful information on kayaking areas around Richmond VA. I was so mad about it that I forgot about it and then noticed the fee when they took it out for a year subscription $35 and change. Scam! Happy to rate 5 stars if they would get me my money back.
