The features work. But the navigation and handling, UX/UI, is really disappointing and confusing. The most important items are on a line at the top of the home, and the rest of it is dedicated to "frequently used" and extension suggestions. The settings are also badly placed. A usable app, but not comfortable.

Lately I find it too complicated if you have several plugs, lamps, TV box and three Alexas in my case. It used to be simpler and easier to manage.

it is giving many connection problems, it does not allow you to call by Drop in, it takes time to establish the command are late, echo dot has to be repeated several times, so that it detects my voice, being that before from the patio with voice at normal volume of conversation it detected the device well, they are ruining how well everything worked pd : I'm a developer!!

Good app, but they should put more interactions to Alexa, and that it really responds to you like a real AI. Alexa's responses are very robotic, it lacks more realism
