I started using this app because the remote control stopped working. Thanks to you, I'm glad that I was able to watch YouTube again, but I can't operate it where I thought it was because the touch is bad (I go 2 or 3 steps ahead), which is frustrating. No matter how many times I reset the remote control, I can't do it, so I'm starting to think about buying a remote control after all with the app for the time being.

3 hour download for a remote that I already own. And then ubwant money from me to continue. Yet I pay for prime. Bazoz must really want that new house.

It works but it lacks a fundamental feature : It CAN'T control VOLUME. And I don't mean the TV's; I have a Bluetooth sound bar connected to the firetv and it's impossible to control the volume with the app whereas the firetv remote does the job. I use the app when I can't quickly find the remote but this makes it pretty useless in that scenario. 4/5
