Bugs
It wouldn't let me pull up my code to scan after buying candy. And WiFi wouldn't let me log in. I've had an account and used it on this phone to buy my ticket and still had problems.

Remind me feature doesn’t work
The app is alright, it does what it's supposed to do most of the time but for some reason the “Remind me” feature that lets you know when tickets are now available no longer works

Poorly integrated
Imagine having an app in 2024 and refusing to integrate with iCloud keychain, forcing your users to create yet another password, and refusing to integrate with Apple Pay, forcing your users to type in card numbers.

Limited New Releases
My experience with the AMC A-List membership at the has been disappointing. I expected more variety, but I consistently find myself with very few choices, often missing out on the release of popular films. This has significantly diminished the value of my membership. I hope AMC will address this issue to provide a better experience for their customers.

Can’t get my card to work
Title says it all we wanted 2 memberships it worked on one membership but won't take either card on the other one. Tried account on both phones and tried putting the new account on the phone the worked and it still doesn't work. AMC has probably lost millions if not billions cause they can't fix a simple problem.

Feels like a scam how hard it is to unsubscribe
I had AMC A list for a while and it was coo but i stopped going to movies as much so ai wanted to save my $25 a month. These people make it IMPOSSIBLE to unsubscribe it should be a simple button but no. you have to hunt for an unsubscribe option through the FAQ, then send an email request, just for them to not respond…. I had to set up my apple card as my primary and then cancel the card number just to get a way to not pay these people. SUPER annoying and manipulative of them to make it this hard. sad
