Good morning... I want to make a complaint!! Last month I made a purchase of a BLENDER product! And they didn't give it to me! In the ad it was to be delivered on the same day! So far so good. Instead of refunding the amount, they gave me "VALUE IN VOUCHERS" I went there and bought it again "I PAID ALMOST 20 REAIS MORE, AFTER THE FIRST PURCHASE!" Then they put the delivery for 15/05/2014!! "YESTERDAY!" and so far it has NOT arrived! THEY DIDN'T GIVE A SATISFACTION! THEY DIDN'T SEND A SIMPLE HELLO MESSAGE! Solve it!

This company is a joke. I made 2 in-app purchases, a cell phone and a tv. They kept my money for almost 3 weeks and then canceled the purchases without any explanation. There was no correction of the value, much less a satisfaction. Garbage Company
