Useless customer care ,with very bad power play,my package not delivered over a week now ,yet customer care was rude and not helpful in locating it.Still blocked me from making a complaint.

You'll have to pay an additional 15% on pick-up (From Canada) that was not mentionned on the receipt, at least if its was shown on the payment I wouldn't mind it -_- i'm removing this stupid app right now never never buy again

Decent app but poor articles
The app is well made, it allows you to buy very well, but the products are poor, simply printed t-shirts (asos brand). Size XS fits me 3 times, XS t-shirts are not that big, they usually fit me almost small. I returned practically all the order except for the socks, I won't buy anything anymore.

Tall?
Why have you taken away most of your jeans/trousers for very tall people. I need a 38 inside leg and you don't do that anymore. Really disappointed. I have stuck to buying my basics from you. I really hope to see a return to the sale of long leg jeans 36inch plus please.

Great App if it weren't for the fact that they charge you 20 euros to make the first deliveries and then at the end they are very normal deliveries, so it delivers a couple of balls in a day! What's more, do you add goods to your cart and after paying? The next day they write to you that the item is no longer available. Seriousness and professionalism very very far away.
