It's crazy how there are 1 star reviews one after the other after the forced update! So here I am adding mine to help drop the score even lower 🙃 This app is dreadful, truly. I have been with bankmobile for over a decade. Through all of those changes it's been pretty seamless. But this merging with the Carolina bank & this need to update OUR access to OUR money has been pitiful. This is pushing me to close out my accounts & go elsewhere!

People are saying bankmobile is a scam. Which I both agree and disagree. Customer service has been great for me they always pick up on time and I was satisfied with my questions being answered. Upon closing my account they were supper nice and understanding about it. HOWEVER, the problem I have with this bank are the fees. You have a fee of 2.99 every month unless you have a job that gets you more than $300 in your account. You have to pay a fee of $10.00 for a lost or stolen card which is reasonable in my opinion. You have to pay $25 for outgoing wire fee. And more fees that you can read on the site. I believe that if they didn't have $2.99 fee every month or 25 DOLLARS! for a wire transfer there wouldn't be a problem with me using this bank. If they lowered the wire transfer fee with maximum of 4.99 dollars I would consider using this bank. If they make a change in the future lowering the fees with no monthly fees I would consider opening an account with them again.

I miss the old design and UI
Why change something that was working great? The log in is an issue. There's a long loading time to see your balance. There's loading everywhere when navigating around. I had 0 problems with the other design and user interface before. This new one is just so slow and buggy. It upsets me that I have to go on my PC to check my balance because the app is just so useless to use now. Who is responsible for all this? Please. Go back to the drawing board. Host a meeting about these issues. Please.
