Bank of America cannot be trusted
I was a victim of fraud. Bank of America swiftly reacted by closing all my account except for the credit card. I was unable to access my money, or pay bills- they have flagged me and made it impossible for me to open any bank accounts with other banks. HOWEVER they refuse to accept cash or debit cards to pay my bill. When I call, I am directed to use online banking. However, they have blocked me from online banking and am told to call the same number that directed me to online banking I have money and they won't let me pay

Bill pay
Why does the bill pay menu keep changing? I used to hit bill pay and my entire list came up and I could just easily scroll through everything. I saw what was due, what was scheduled and then the rest of my list. Now it's like I have to hunt for it. Why fix things that were never broken? Now I hit pay bills, then hit go to bill pay, and that has changed. It has what is due and scheduled on that screen. I have to hit make single payment and then hit pay to. How is this easier?

Apple Watch Issues
I got my watch and phone at the same time. I have the 15 promax and the watch SE. the app was working just fine on both devices when I first got them. It seems not long after some updates, I don't know which one, the app on my watch no longer works. I've restarted both the phone and the watch a few times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but to no avail. Not having that app working makes the watch less efficient since I need my phone to check activity.

Worst app to speak to a representative there's a 0 changes to talk to one one then I just spend 20 looking how to talk to one of them and I could is just options after options I need to see how much is my spending a day they don't have that option

Too long to wait
Everytime I try to get something done or information when I place a call,I have to wait about 1 hr. And I keep getting transferred.

Worst banking app
I didn't know anything could be worse than the BOA website. I use nine or ten different banking/card apps and they're all great and easy to navigate. I've been told BOA as an org is basically a fee harvesting scam so maybe I should have set my expectations lower, but it's so unimaginably difficult to do anything. I can't even successfully set up an autopay. I've largely stopped using the card and will likely cancel because the website and app can only be this bad by intentional design.

For depositing checks online it is the worst application, they should improve that.
