Awful app total garbage
I called customer care I told them about my issue with how it simply won't place my bets they told me I have to delete the app and redownload it. I wouldn't be complaining if this was like every once in awhile you gotta do that in order to fix a bug or whatnot but no it's every single day I have to delete the app and redownload it MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY I'm so thoroughly upset by this app I can't even be bothered to use it anymore at this point.

Was a five star now a 2 star. Keep getting an error saying the maximum number of picks reached. Thet say we working on it. But never let me know anything and can't make any bets. It's a known issue, and somehow they can't fix it. Sounds like an excuse to be honest.

Don’t Waste Your money
The algorithm for the app obviously cheats. I went through the dealer course at MGM and I can see the bias. Try a different app.

Crash and location services
I hope I don't deal with withdrawal issues. At this point it should not even be a problem. My issue is I have to remove and reboot the app daily as it can never locate me. Very annoying and I keep getting concerned my bank will be empty when I reinstall.

Bets
Good app, but I always have to close and reopen my app to make a bet because it can't find my location. Sometimes I have to turn my phone off and restart, that is a big pain to have to do might go to another betting app if this doesn't get fixed.

I was a customer for 3 years until they promo banned me. I noticed a lot of great promos posted on the front page of the app. But they disappear after I log in. I contacted them and they claim I'm not promo banned. But I clearly am. They were my 2nd favorite sportsbook app and I used them regularly (with or without using promos). I lost money consistently 3 years in a row on year end report. So why the promo ban? You made about $2,500 off me over 3 years. DraftKings and Fanatics don't promo ban

The past month the geolocation keeps thinking I'm not in my state… causing delayed cash out or delayed placement in bets

This is the only app I've played that litteraly don't give you a dollar lmao . I'm talking 5 or 600 dollars at a buck a spin and not one single bonus. No 10 dollar no 20 dollars almost no 5 dollar hits lol . Golden nugget will at least give you some play time and every now and then alittle cash . If your looking to be in disbelief this is where you wanna be.
