It can improve
It could give us the opportunity to re-evaluate drivers and users. Sometimes they change, evolve or "involute". Time passes and some become better, others fall apart. Could have an evaluation every so long. Another point is the last minute cancellations or even worse, those that don't even send a message canceling.

Technical support does not exist
The most disgusting service. I contacted technical support with a problem with my account, for 2 months I have been regularly receiving a notification in my mail with apologies for how overloaded they are, poor fellows, and if you respond to the letter that your request is relevant - then we will definitely contact you, someday

No stops!

Very good opportunity to travel ! More finds! But there are a lot of drivers who cancel at the last minute !! Without warning ! There would have been a punishment! Because we depend on hitchhiking! Others pass a fee, charge another on the spot! Without the science of the app!! Other than that, great app! I highly recommend it!!
