Complete trash
Better to look out the window than to use this. It's very buggy and slow. Only works when it wants to not when you want it to. Takes forever to load into live view. Worst app ever, gonna switch.

Terrible App
It was fine for a while but it's bad now. Keeps giving me popups saying I'm not allowed to access the app, keeps signing me out, laggy when trying to do live view, sometimes can't open the app at all and takes multiple tries, red notification bubble on iPhone keeps reappearing even after clearing all notifications, etc. Please do better. We count on your products for security and ease of use and this is lackluster at best.

Please fix!
Been using Blink for a long time and pay for the subscription. After the update, it takes so long to access! How is that helpful to us as home owners when the purpose of the cameras is security and peace of mind? What are we paying for? Please fix the latest update!

Ever since the "update," this app has been horrible. I can hardly ever get the live view to work, trying to change settings on the cameras doesn't work and it's super slow when you can get it to work.

The app has been slow ever since I started using it 2 years ago. The cameras all load slow no matter how close to the sync module they are. Additionally and most annoyingly, in the last 6 months whenever the app is closed and reopen, you have to recognize in. There is not even a way to store the account name. I can close the app and recheck it 5 minutes later and need to sign in.

Batteries constantly die, lack of response time to pick up and delay when someone is there infront. Definitely not worth the 800 I paid for security

Total failure from one day to the next. Live broadcast does not start until the second start. Movements are only partially recorded. Clips are also only saved sometimes. Ran for years now without any problems.
