I've been trying to log in quite for sometime now. Over several minutes. So frustrating honestly.

I got an email from a customer representative service last year may 2023 that some gamble funds were detected in my account which was a lie cus I know I didn't use my blockchain.com account to engage in any betting activities which makes me to ignore the email after like a week I tried to initiate a withdrawal from my account and I later notice the account has been suspended for something I did not do and now all my transactions history has been erased from my account cus they are no where to be found under my account,I was told to reverify my identity which I've always done that and almost a year now the verification is yet to be approved and I'm at the highest level of verification and I can't initiate any withdrawal from my accounts no transactions history under my account anymore,I believe blockchain.com can do better and stop letting people go through hard time from getting their funds from their account. It's almost a year now I can't initiate any withdrawal and my money is there in my trading account which I see anytime I log into my account but I can't make withdrawal no transactions history

I can transfer my GBP on my card but can't enter my Bank account ? Tried in my app. Tried following instructions but won't except my Bank detail entry on site ? My Visa Card from my bank is entered and will transfer my cash. The card from HALIFAX BANK OF SCOTLAND has the same account number that is my Bank Account number. Can you help set up my Bank account ?

Absolutely no customer service and thin app with very few features. Avoid it at all cost. Try to call her customer service number and you get an answering machine. Try to message through the app and it's only an AI and no live humans are available behind this. I'm surprised this is legal The exchange rate for Doge was clearly $0.15 for the day and when I tried to sell they dropped it to 14 cents plus took 50 from the 700 transaction..🤯🤮 Super shady operation.

Their commissions are somewhat expensive. It lacks more options for retirement and in general. I had to get my money out of there and at a loss. Return to Binance

I don't understand why, and this only started happening after the app was updated. It doesn't happen in the IPhone with Face ID. Then I have to wait 4 hours to access my account on any device. Please fix this!

I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks.
