I had really liked the application so far, despite some hazards. And today really enough to be very dissatisfied. No driver responds positively, or it's understandable, so I'm increasing the budget. A first one accepts but never arrives and after 6 minutes of waiting the time of his arrival has not decreased, it ends up being cancelled. A second one accepts, but calls me and doesn't understand the meeting place which was a terminal, information that was nevertheless provided...

Does not work,
The scooter didn't work even though there was battery left,? And besides, I had to pay for it No more Bolt scooter

Dubious fees
When renting a car with Bolt Drive, you can park the car in the area of a parking meter and Bolt will pay the fee. They didn't do that with me, there was a ticket for parking without a parking ticket. They then forwarded my data to the public order office instead of admitting the mistake and paying the fine. The fine is 20 euros. Bolt charges an additional fee of 30 euros for her own mistake. At the support you are just brushed off and don't even get an apology. I'm now at support ticket number 4 - wish me luck.

I deregistered with BOLT again and prefer to travel by public transport in the future, because the ideological company policy of Bolt does not appeal to me and I expressly do not support it.

NO PHONE HOLDER.... Got bolt in Krakow.... the 2 wheel rides ( e Scotter ) absolute nightmare having to stop to check my phone. Easy fix if they put a phone holder on the scotter!

You can never rely on bolt in Bloemfontein, I've had many incidents where I need a ride and I never get one, regardless of the time. I think there's a serious need for more drivers because I'm at a point where I feel like there's no use for me to continue to have the app there's really no use. Another thing is that, if you're lucky enough to get a driver, the price hike will just be insane😭😭
