Can’t stay signed in
I've signed-in 6 times and the app doesn't recognize my account and keep me signed in. Keeps asking me sign in 🤦🏻♂️

Lost points
I was signed into this app and i barely go so im not using this app everyday bc bdubs is in a whole different town but i go earlier today and find that they just randomly signed me out and i had to change my number/update my info and change my password which for some reason made me lose my points and start over.

I've been eating there for two years, I put my number for reward and the app won't let me access it says they have a problem but the app has been doing the same 😒 thing for a while

App is very frustrating to use
I'm never able to sign in because it wants me to update my phone number, but when I try, it says the number is already associated with the account. I've tried deleting and reloading the app, tried different browsers, and even tried a new account using different email address but again it says my number is associated with another account!

This app is buggy and terrible and steals your rewards when you try to use them because it makes you use them before adding items to your bag so when you go to place an order and the server is down the points are gone and when you call in the order they can't see that you had applied your points to the order and no one there has any idea how to handle this common situation.
