It's bad

app hangs
In recent months it has happened quite often that the app crashes, I can listen and follow the class but no one listens to me and I can't interact, when I go to write the app crashes, I've already lost many minutes of class because of this!!

Why can't I get my scheduled class?
I don't get notifications, and I can't delete and install the app every time. I've been using it for 2 years because I often miss classes, but I'm seriously thinking about quitting. The app has been renewed and it's even worse.

I miss having access to the slides before class so I can prepare. The classes are great, the teachers do their best, but something very bad is not being able to prepare. For example, yesterday I took a class on problems. According to the slides, the tutor asked questions that took us a long time to answer because we couldn't meditate before. He asked: what's the last problem you had to solve? We can't remember right away. Then we lose time for a 30-minute class. Ñ if that were it, it would give 5⭐.

The application suffers from many technical issues that interrupt the classes and if you contact the support they would claim that you need to use wifi and 5G might not work well
