Am i suppose to cancell my app because is not working why app say error

My app does not seem to work. I spoke to an Capitec assistant, who suggests that I must uninstall the current app and download it again - which I did. It worked for 5 mins and then went back to error state Is there anyone that can assist?

Getting better but not quite there
Biometric sign in is still buggy and works intermittently. Most frustrating is that if your session times out, you are taken to a sign in page that hangs. You first have to force the app to close before you can sign in again
