Awful food and staff !!!!
Terrible worst food and came 3 hours late . They promised to send extra side order for being so many hours late and they lied about it. Didn't send anything except cold old horrible food. Awful disgusting people

Very very bad, 10.32 riyals were taken from the card and no one was banned at all, and the technical support was contacted and they say you have been compensated and the conversation closes without completion, is this politeness and respect؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ !!!!!!!!

Be aware !!they store your credit card details and charge you randomly!
I used the app to book a ride yesterday,I payed using my Apple Pay at booking ! Today at night ,I receive a message from my bank of a charge by Careem similar to yesterday's ride fee ! And this is not the first time !stealers ;( And not an option to contact customer service and report this incident directly!

Got scammed with the app
They add some high demand charges and ended up paying more than double the fare. Nowhere was this signed to me until ride was finished. Scam. Return my money.

Lack of respect for the customer
I have been a careem customer for a year ago and I have a careem+ subscription. I activated it to use the bike and every month the subscription is automatically renewed and 19 dirhams are deducted from my credit card. But this month, exactly four days ago, my bank account was empty and the subscription was not renewed. Because of that day, I recharged and subscribed from New, but I was surprised that there was no bike service included in the plan. I contacted Careem customer service and they transferred me to Careem bike customer service. When I contacted them, he was unable to help me. He also transferred me to regular careem and no one was able to help me. I am very upset because I am an old customer of yours and I could not use the bike. I hope Help me as soon as possible because I really need it. Many thanks
