Why is it not possible to cash on delivery? It doesn't seem very fair to me, there are people who rely mainly on that for safety and a return, even if minimal, would not be unwelcome-

I've been using this app for a while now on the recommendation of a co-worker. It turns out that now they give you x amount of Cashback and after quite some time they denigrate it and give you up to €0.15 maximum. Coincidentally, it only happens in purchases where they have to return more than €1. I've been looking on the internet and social networks, and apparently there are a lot of cases like mine, they are even from the most recent reviews...

I've been using it for a long time And I'm happy when I find my trusted store with a cashback on this app, but it often happens to me that purchases are not registered immediately and I always find myself making complaints... Maybe you need to improve something with business partners
