Many things on this website can be very deceiving. It will be your best bet at all times to call before you spend money with this company. For one thing if you pick that you want to pick up and drop off a car at the Orlando airport. It really will not be the Orlando airport.

Not easy to stop it when no longer needed

This review os overdue by like a year. Cheapoair accepted booking and never delivered the ticket, the refund process was a nightmare but eventually was done. In all cases, I'm done with their services, thank you but no thank you.

Cant even change currency rate from USD to CAD. Tf

I tried to book flight from Chicago, during booking webpage was hanged and the message shown that my credit card was denied. I refresh the page and I realize that the flight was wrongly booked at the wrong time. I immediately canceled the flight, but my credit card was charged over and above cancellation charges was applied by CheapOair, which is not understood.

I got an email after 2 hours that my booking was incomplete because the payment was declined, BUT IT WAS ALREADY CHARGED FROM MY CARD. I called them, and after being on hold for several minutes, total call being 23 minutes, MY CASE HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED. I WAS TOLD REFUND ISN'T AN OPTION. Don't book with CheapOAir. Put your money elsewhere that will secure your ticket, without losing unnecessary time and your valuable money over an unexplained matter.

I am not happy with the arrangements made this trip. I went to the car rental place and they fox agent took me to a europcar rental. They wanted to charge me almost 500 dollars on top of what I had already paid. Not acceptable. This was the charge after they had quoted me almost 700 for a larger size car. I had to look for alternate transportation my entire trip. I'm not happy at all

I was charged the ticket price even though it getting canceled was not my fault. I was at the airport when they told me I can't board it because I don't have a USA visa, I called Cheapoair to try and find an alternate ticket to be able to fly but wasn't lucky and they informed me they will not refund me 1400$ because it's a none refundable ticket. I understand the none refundable concept I'm not an idiot, but it's so misleading when you don't mention it on your website that we need a visa to be able to simply transition through USA. Very very bad policy, cheapoair took 0 accountability or ownership of their mistake and said I booked it online that's why it's my fault. No dear, even if your customer reserved online, you are required by law to make them aware of every condition or do you just know how to highlight that the ticket is none refundable? I ended up paying an extra 2000$ to be able to fly and 76$ for talking to cheapoair for a total of 76mins on the phone. I should've known not to expect much from a company that charges you when you call them. Lastly they said we might be able to return your taxes for you but it's not confirmed. I am very disappointed, I always bought my tickets from cheapoair and told me whole family about it. And to be very clear the poor agent was very helpful he had to stick to their policy so I'm not blaming him and I thank him for his service. But when I escalated my concern, their manager was 0 help. She was like a robot, I kept telling her this is unfair and begging her to do something and she would go simply like mam this ticket is none refundable. Shame.
