App just took my points with no reward
I just scanned my app to use my reward for a spicy chicken sandwich and it took my points and my reward, but the store is saying that it didn't come off and it's a known issue. You'd think there would be some alert on the app to not use it for rewards at the moment if it's a know issue. Very frustrating!

Upload Broken
The app has a spaz attack every time I try to upload a receipt. Keeps asking me to sign in and then can't find the page, asks me to sign in again. Just want my points from a receipt lord.

Loading Issues
This app always seems to have connection issues when you are placing your order. I usually recieve an error message, I know it's a problem on their end because the payment will go through on my apple cash but the app is still stuck on the loading screen. It usually takes three or four times for it to properly go through.

You sent me this reward. I went to the restaurant and clicked.on the app and it is not available to me. Very up setting. I did not purchase anything because I feel it was a ploy to get me to the restaurant.

Do not use the Chil Fil A app, unless you want your order to not go through but your card still get charged for the food. I just placed my order on the app. When I got into the parking lot the order didn't go through because of payment issues and there was a message to see a team member inside. I checked my bank app and the money was taken out for my order yet they didn't have my order when I went inside. All they said I could do was make a new order. I'm disappointed in Chik fil A.
