You guys are very unstable. I suspect some of your IT guys may have hijacked the system because I don't understand why your conversion rates are rediculously lower than what is obtainable in the market. You already charged me 3 dollars for receiving money with the usd account I created, now you still want to steal from me by lowering your rates to over 100 percent? That is daylight robbery. I don't recommend this app at this moment.

I've observed some concerning behavior from chippers. It seems you're adjusting prices similar to other places. For instance, the dollar rate fluctuates between $1 being equivalent to N1510, N1509, and N1505, but when there's a payment in dollars, it's manipulated from N1450 to N1350. This significant difference reflects poor business practices. You need look into it by getting this fixed. Some black people are too full of greed.

The look, features and navigation might be okay👀,but the app works like it has no automated system💥💯, transactions does not process at night 🤕all transactions are on standstill till in the morning all bullsh!t nothing like a 24 hours customer service🥴,no service line to call during a serious issue regarding failed or errorneous transactions 😒 please there should be an upgradement in that part ,thank you 😑
