They treat users like a cash cow
The classes you like will slowly disappear and you'll never be able to book them again, and their cost will rise. The app and studios treat you like a cash cow and won't refund “missed” reservations where coaches don't let you in class even if you make it on time. They have absolutely zero sense of understanding and use you for your money!

I had a mostly good experience with Classpass; I made it to all my classes, so I didn't have to pay any extra fees and it seems like you do get good discounts on some classes with this app. I did not like the way they raise the class prices if you book on the same day, but I suppose it's part of their strategy... Cancelling my membership (because I'm moving countries) was unnecessarily difficult. It was in fact impossible on the app, I had to log in on their website to do this.

Very scammy service. There are 100s of different rules in the fine print that you need a lawyer to review. Avoid at all costs.

Deceiving policy, as always!
I took a trial because they offered many swimming pools offered specifically for the Trial period. However, after going to one pool once and still having 40 credits- all the pool options mysteriously disappeared from my options. Please beware- even with 54 trial credits, you won't be able to use all the trial venues they advertise for the trial- I stopped it to return them their 40 sorry credits, this company is all about small print

App keep prompting to update billing information
As per title, after updating my billing information the prompt still persist. App is now showing blank screens on almost all the screens, I can't view the schedule of any classes.

Stop pushing notifications about food
Love classpass and I don't want to turn off notifications because I like getting them about classes I've registered for but I am never going to use it to buy food so would be nice to be able to opt out of the constant marketing pushes about the new food offerings

Not many options in my city. Trial period with a lot of restrictions. This makes the principle of a trial completely useless! I do not intend to subscribe. I'm disappointed
